Lead Generation Asst.

$17-$22 an hour — 1-2 years experience recommended — part-time & remote

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads and target companies that align with the agency’s services.

  • Use various tools and platforms to gather contact information and build a database of qualified leads.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies for generating new business opportunities.

  • Assist in crafting personalized outreach messages (email, social media, etc.) to engage potential clients.

  • Track and manage lead progress in CRM systems, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.

  • Analyze lead data to identify trends and areas for optimization in lead generation strategies.

  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.

  • Maintain organized records of all outreach activities and lead interactions.

  • Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics, including conversion rates and outreach performance.

  • Stay informed on industry trends to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
