Director of Recruiting

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy to attract top talent across all departments within the agency.

  • Lead and manage the recruiting team, providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements for open positions.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and partnerships with universities or organizations.

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and initial screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, fostering strong relationships with applicants throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, implementing improvements where necessary.

  • Analyze and report on recruiting metrics, identifying opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Develop employer branding strategies to enhance the agency’s reputation as a desirable place to work.
