Client Relations Head

$32-$37 an hour — 4-6 years experience required — full-time & remote

  • Lead and manage all client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client partnerships and ensure long-term satisfaction.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with the agency’s services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (social media, design, marketing) to ensure client goals are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring positive outcomes.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and performance metrics, providing regular reports and feedback.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts, proposing strategies for expansion.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and client business needs to offer proactive solutions and insights.

  • Represent the agency in client meetings and presentations, delivering exceptional service and expertise.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
