Client Relations Head
$32-$37 an hour — 4-6 years experience required — full-time & remote

Lead and manage all client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client partnerships and ensure long-term satisfaction.

Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with the agency’s services.

Collaborate with internal teams (social media, design, marketing) to ensure client goals are met and expectations are exceeded.

Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring positive outcomes.

Monitor client satisfaction and performance metrics, providing regular reports and feedback.

Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts, proposing strategies for expansion.

Stay informed on industry trends and client business needs to offer proactive solutions and insights.

Represent the agency in client meetings and presentations, delivering exceptional service and expertise.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
