Administrative Asst.

$16-$21 an hour — 1-2 years experience recommendd— full-time & remote

  • Provide administrative support to senior management and various teams within the agency.

  • Manage and organize schedules, calendars, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management for leadership.

  • Handle communications, including emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.

  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed for internal and external use.

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for easy access to important documents.

  • Coordinate and assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth process for all administrative tasks.

  • Support day-to-day office operations, including organizing meetings.
